It is built on a no-through road, away from the traffic and noise of the busier parts of the island.  From the villa one can easily walk to Sivota bay or drive to the many beaches on the island including the award winning emerald blue beaches of Lefkada (6 Blue Flag's).

Villa Antonis Petros reflects the many rich hues of yellows, greens and blues encountered in the characteristic landscape of the Ionian Islands.  Natural stone, multiple terraces, olive trees and lush vegetation surround the nearly 800 sqm plot. From the sun rising directly in front of the villa to the comings and goings of sailing boats into Sivota Bay, there is no shortage of stunning seascapes on offer.

Sivota bay is located between Nidri and Vasiliki villages on the Southeastern part of the island. The picturesque bay and traditional fishing village is surrounded by lush green hillsides and provides everything you'll need for your stay including restaurants, bakeries, cafes, bars, mini-markets and boat rentals.
